Assistant Project Manager Knowledge and Experience Requirements:




College degree with 3-5+ years in Multi-Family Construction

Advocate safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforce compliance with company/jobsite safety plan, policies, and all safety-related regulations Review and approve subcontractor cost estimates Manage the RFQ process on Procore for distributing drawings for pricing Assist in change orders/change events Negotiate/prepare subcontracts and purchase orders Assist in training Office Engineers and Project Engineers per ANDRES Expectation documents/processes Consistently collaborate with field team to ensure management of project schedule as well as that processes are in place (i.e. Procore inspections, closing SiteAware issues, taking DroneDeploy pictures, etc.). Overall responsibility for successful completion of project, including punch list, to Owner satisfaction Assist Project Manager in creating the pay application Maintain strong relationships with staff, consultants, architects, and ownership

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:




Must walk the construction site frequently

Able to operate within paperless networking environment

Able to physically negotiate the hazards of a construction work site (i.e. uneven surfaces, floor openings, heights, climbing, etc.)

Office in jobsite trailer with other members of project team
