Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will play a vital role in supporting construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in project management within the building and construction industry.

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure objectives are met.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including contractors and clients, to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Review project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Support in managing on-site activities to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project deliverables align with the company's standards and client expectations.
