Summary

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in all phases of construction project planning, execution, and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop their career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. Support the Project Manager in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. Monitor project progress and report on the status of key milestones. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members. Assist in reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Maintain and update project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change orders. Address on-site issues and ensure timely resolution of any challenges that arise. Assist with procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
