Montana Technological University invites applications for a faculty position within the Electrical Engineering Department at the Assistant Professor level. A PhD or ABD in EE or related field is required with expertise in power systems, control systems, signal processing. All candidates must have the ability to obtain a PE or EIT license in the state of Montana. The department offers the BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering. Montana Tech is a special focus university with a reputation for excellence located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The department has a strong commitment to undergraduate education and maintains externally funded research programs in power systems and control systems. Duties:
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses and labs for the EE Department. Advise students and student projects. Initiate and sustain a research program including leadership of undergraduate and graduate students. Provide service to the campus, community, and participate in EE program development.
