Job Summary/Basic Function

The successful candidate will contribute primarily to the college's growing curriculum in data analytics. The teaching load for the academic year is five course equivalents and could include courses such as Introduction to Data Science, Elementary Statistics, Introduction to Data Science, Data Systems, Machine Learning, Data Analytics Capstone, Data Mining, and other courses related to data science. The college is committed to developing a new program in data analytics, building on our existing strengths in statistics, applied computation and other disciplines. The successful candidate perform research in data science/ analysis, advise students in the Data Analytics major, mentor undergrad research, and effectively engage with a diverse student population.



The successful candidate will undergo background checks.

The successful candidate must have Ph.D. (ABD) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
