Reporting to our Plumbing Manager, the Assistant Plumbing Manager will lead, mentor, and manage a team of apprentices and technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

to lead, mentor, and manage our team of plumbing apprentices and technicians. This pivotal role combines technical plumbing expertise with strong leadership and coaching abilities. As a key figure in our organization, you will champion our customer-focused philosophy, oversee operations, and drive the success of your team in providing outstanding residential plumbing maintenance services.

Assistant Plumbing Manager Responsibilities

Conduct regular training sessions focused on technical plumbing knowledge and customer service skills. Supervise daily plumbing maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Provide hands-on support with complex maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and emergency services. Monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction, job completion rates, and service quality. Resolve complex customer concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Ensure service calls are scheduled, completed, and documented accurately. Promote accountability for work quality, customer interactions, and professional growth. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback and set goals.

Assistant Plumbing Manager Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in residential plumbing service, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role. Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Assistant Plumbing Manager Schedule

: M-F, 7 AM - 5 PM.
