Seeking full time Assistant Pastry Chef.


Candidate should be Culinary trained or minimum 5 years practical field experience. Lead role, in creation and execution of all Bakery goods.

Qualifications, should include:

able to manage self able to communicate effectively attention to detail strong organizational skills and time management demand quality from self and others

Responsibilities, will include:

co-creative control of seasonal bakery items quality control of all baked goods train, educate and motivate, existing and new staff to high standard of execution

Compensation Disclosure:

includes a BASE rate of 15.75 to 17.50, (DOE) plus TIPS (SERVICE POOL)

SERVICE POOL (TIPS), are shared by all service staff, prorated by experience, cross training, and position

OUR Crew appreciates the generosity of our guests, as the typical Crew member, post training, can earn between 1.00 and 5.00 per hour of the SERVICE POOL
