Join the Dahl Automotive family as an Assistant Parts Manager, and become a part of our growing business! In this position, you will work alongside our successful Parts team to help lead the team to success! This is a full-time position!

Responsibilities

Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department Train and monitor the performance of all parts department staff Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments Create pricing guidelines for customer categories Monitor and adjust inventory Guarantee all parts are properly tagged Supervise stock order procedures Work closely with Service Manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed Enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Enforce safety requirements Maintain a professional appearance Keep clear and open communication with Parts Manager and team

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Experience with auto parts sales (preferred) Have the ability to lift occasionally 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic Automotive & Technical knowledge is required Excellent customer service experience Strong communication skills Organized and friendly personality Demonstrated ability to manage others Time management skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Team oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little supervision Clean driving record and valid driver's license
