We are seeking a passionate and dedicated assistant organizer to join our team. The assistant organizer assists the lead organizer in the successful execution of activities and tasks as they relate to planning and designing solutions and the implementation of organizing systems. The assistant organizer must be able to work independently and as part of a team to help synchronize all the project elements to accomplish project goals. The environment may be fast-paced and requires creativity, strong attention to detail, great common sense, and communication. The assistant organizer must have a basic understanding and natural skill for organizing and be able to follow directions quickly and make adjustments spontaneously.
Responsibilities
Effectively manage time by being consistent, prompt, and reliable.
Retain multiple pieces of information and details accurately and with precision.
Execute organizational systems as laid out by the Lead Organizer or as personally seen fit for individual projects.
Travel to project sites for organizing sessions.
Shop for organizing supplies and solutions for projects if asked.
Research and source materials, products, and resources as needed.
Pick-up, drop-off and manage activities related to donation services
Prioritize and execute daily operational and administrative tasks in an effective and timely manner.
Maintain communication with the Lead Organizer and with clients as needed.
Track and directly report project status updates to Lead Organizer.
Take accurate and reliable onsite measurements of spaces/rooms and the interior dimensions of drawers, cabinets and shelving for products and organizing solutions.
Maintain professionalism, maturity, and good judgment when handling confidential, intimate, and sensitive information.
Maintain positivity and enthusiasm even in durations of high stress.
Maintain an individual kit of needed supplies and equipment required in your organizing tool tote.
Maintain 'on brand' professional appearance and adhere to dress code guidelines.
Be open to share what you do! Market to help find people that need organizing services.

Requirements
Must have a smartphone (or related device: ipad, tablet) with camera, voicemail, and text.
Reliable and regular use of a vehicle
Must be comfortable with using standard tools (drill, hammer, screwdriver, etc.) for occasional furniture assembly.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds at a time.
Ability to endure prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting, and climbing step stools and stairs for stints of up to 8 hours.
Ability to maneuver effectively in tight spaces.
Must be nonjudgmental regarding all lifestyles to include religious beliefs, politics, and sexual orientation (unless a threat is posed that may compromise the safety of the organizer).
