What to Expect

As an Assistant Operations Manager at Partify, you will support the execution and scaling of core operations across inventory, fulfillment, and systems. This role is hands-on and analytical, designed for someone with an engineering background who can bring structure, process rigor, and technical thinking to a fast-growing automotive parts business.

You will work closely with leadership to improve inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and system reliability as Partify continues to scale nationally.

What You'll Do

Support day-to-day warehouse and operations execution across inventory, fulfillment, and logistics Own inventory accuracy initiatives including cycle counts, reconciliation, and root cause analysis Operate and optimize inventory and operations software used for parts tracking and order fulfillment Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and process gaps Help design, document, and improve standard operating procedures for scalable growth Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand Assist in forecasting inventory needs and supporting supplier and replenishment workflows Drive continuous improvement projects using engineering and data-driven methodologies
What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree required, with an engineering background strongly preferred 3 to 8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments Direct experience with inventory management systems and operations software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and systems Engineering mindset with the ability to translate technical thinking into practical operations High attention to detail and strong ownership over outcomes Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
