Job Description

STAT Waste Stream Services is looking for a

detail-oriented, technically skilled Assistant Operations Manager

to help drive our field operations forward. If you have experience managing multiple repair or installation jobs, reviewing estimates, and coordinating with subcontractors -- this role is for you.

You'll work closely with leadership and field teams to keep projects moving, evaluate scopes of work, and ensure estimates and proposals align with real-world job demands.

What You'll Do:

Oversee and support multiple active jobs Review job scopes, estimates, and subcontractor proposals Evaluate sites to assist with planning and execution Help maintain scheduling, documentation, and operational flow

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in technical or industrial environments Strong understanding of equipment repair, piping, welding, and fabrication Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools

Bonus Points:

Field estimating or job coordination experience
