We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our operations team to support the Director of Operations and the Closing & Compliance team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth financial and compliance processes for our agents and Market Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily processing of closings, commission tabs, earnest money, and terminations.
Communicating with agents, attorneys, and leadership to ensure compliance deadlines are met.
Weekly reporting on projected vs. actual closings, terminations, and agent accountability.
Managing commission sheets, cap tracking, and financial reviews in partnership with the MCOM.
Supporting leadership with growth calls, care call schedules, and coaching updates.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Tech-savvy with MLS, spreadsheets, and real estate platforms.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior real estate, compliance, or transaction coordination experience is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
