Job Summary:
This multifaceted role is responsible for managing small parts inventory, overseeing company fleet operations, and handling inbound/outbound telephone sales. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident on the phone with both customers and vendors. This position supports both the operational and sales success of iHangTVs.com.
Key Responsibilities:
Small Parts Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory of TV installation parts and accessories.
Monitor part usage and re-order supplies before they run low.
Organize and label all warehouse or storage areas for efficiency.
Receive and inspect all inventory deliveries for quality and accuracy.
Track inventory using a manual log or digital inventory management software.
Perform regular audits and reconcile physical counts with records.
Fleet Management
Schedule and document regular maintenance for all service vehicles.
Ensure all vehicles are in safe operating condition, registered, and insured.
Monitor vehicle logs, fuel usage, and technician mileage.
Coordinate vehicle assignments and rotate fleet usage evenly.
Handle emergency vehicle issues, repairs, or breakdowns quickly.
Telephone Sales Operator Duties
Answer incoming customer calls to provide service information and schedule appointments.
Make outbound follow-up calls to leads or past customers for new business.
Offer product and service recommendations tailored to the customer's needs (TV mounts, soundbars, etc.).
Close sales and enter service orders into the system accurately.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone to reflect the iHangTVs.com brand.
Follow up on installation satisfaction and request referrals or reviews.
Logistics & Admin Support
Coordinate part deliveries to techs or job sites when needed.
Assist with creating schedules or routing techs for efficiency.
Maintain organized records for both inventory and fleet status.
Prepare weekly reports for management on inventory trends, vehicle maintenance, and call performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, fleet coordination, or inventory management preferred.
Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive sales ability.
Comfortable with computer systems and tracking tools.
Ability to multitask across logistics and phone sales responsibilities.
Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Positive, can-do attitude and customer-first mindset.

grow through quality customer interactions. It's ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on operational tasks and sales communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
