What will I do?

The new immersive experience at the LEGO\xc2\xae Discovery Center, Washington D.C. is designed to allow more family learning-through-play activities and will also include a new team of Playmakers and Master Model Builders who will inspire guests through fun, interactive LEGO\xc2\xae Creative Workshops.

The Assistant Master Model Builder is responsible for delivering fun, inspirational and creative workshops to our guests (children and their families) - the Model builders of the future! The Master Model Builder and their Assistants are ultimately the \'face\' of the attraction, bringing the world of LEGO\xc2\xae to life through interactive play.

The Assistant Master Model Builder is also responsible to provide guidance and training to our Playmaker Hosts so that you can support in the delivery of LEGO\xc2\xae creative workshops. They are also responsible for the maintenance of all LEGO\xc2\xae models within the LEGO\xc2\xae Discovery Centre attraction, as well as the creation of new LEGO\xc2\xae content and all external Model Builder communications and projects.

The #1 objective is to deliver memorable guest experiences through inspiring our guests to learn through play with LEGO\xc2\xae.

About the Role
The Assistant Master Model Builder is a vital role to the LEGO\xc2\xae Discovery Centre team - this role really takes centre stage. As such, you must be comfortable engaging with our guests - this role really makes the difference to ensure our guests have an outstanding experience.

The Assistant Master Model Builders support the Master Model Builder with creative workshops and are talented LEGO\xc2\xae builders themselves, who can make LEGO\xc2\xae Building fun - leading workshops for the little LEGO\xc2\xae builders of the future

\xc2\xb7 You love to guide, mentor, teach and coach children

\xc2\xb7 You are comfortable in front of a camera and being involved in PR activities
