ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER, CALVIN KLEIN FRAGRANCES
GLOBAL MARKETING
COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.
We're looking for a motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to join the Calvin Klein Fragrance team. In this role, you will report to the Global Marketing Director and will work closely with different Marketing Managers on unique franchises and projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Assistant Marketing Manager, you are responsible for assisting with development and implementation of a variety of global brand activations and strategies.
Your main focus:

• Helps prepare all materials to initiate new projects and development of all support elements (Includes but not limited to gate meetings, offerings, cost of goods, code creation, briefs to cross functional partners, artworks, POS, lab samples for markets)
• Responsible for mock-ups development and other launch tools (i.e., GWPs, scent tools, BA uniforms).
• Develop all sale materials and global presentations for markets and retailers (mock-ups, samples, display, etc.)
• Performance & competition analysis (sales updates, strategic insights, etc.)
• Prepares on-going competitive analysis and gap assessment to help drive brand strategy

The Global Marketing team work closely together with several departments such as R&D pack / formula, supply, trade, lifecycle management, legal, training, visual merchandising, IM/PR. Digital/social, the Olfactive studio, etc. All your colleagues are collaborative with a can-do attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS
We'd love to see candidates who have:
Essential:

• 1-2+ years of related marketing experience
• Undergraduate/graduate Marketing degree required
• Relevant work experience, previous internships in Marketing, beauty, luxury retail and/or fashion preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, MS Office, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, ability to work collaboratively across functions, balance of analytic and creative skills, curiosity, flexibility, "can do" attitude, strong organizational skills

Desirable:

• Prestige/luxury brand experience preferred
• Luxury brand sensibility, fashion, media, and trend savvy

• Base Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 + bonus
