Duties

Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth shift management and effective team coordination Supervise and train team members in customer service, merchandising, inventory management Oversee cashiering functions including cash handling, cashier training, and ensuring accurate transactions

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales, supervisory roles or assistant management positions with demonstrated leadership capabilities Knowledge of retail math, budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store management principles Exceptional communication skills with the ability to train staff and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in grocery stores is advantageous but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
