Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented

Assistant Manager

to help lead daily operations, support the sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role works closely with ownership and store management and is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who thrives in a high-trust, service-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering a high-end, consultative sales experience Ensure customer success by tracking and managing client and vendor communication Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance coaching Help manage inventory, merchandising, and product presentation Handle customer inquiries, service follow-ups, and issue resolution professionally Assist with repair intake, job tracking, and quality control Ensure store policies, security procedures, and brand standards are upheld Contribute ideas for sales events, promotions, and community engagement

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of retail experience; jewelry or luxury retail strongly preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable handling high-value merchandise Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency (POS systems, basic office software)
