Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store's daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage inventory effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates to ensure high performance. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement effective inventory management practices. Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions and ensure accurate reporting. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members while promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

Experience

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within a retail environment is preferred. Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in team management. Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS technology. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers. A background in sales or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
