Domino's in Collinsville, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 608 Vandalia St location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Run shifts efficiently, including opening and closing procedures Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction Assist in inventory management and stock control Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records Participate in store cleaning and maintenance tasks Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals Contribute to team training and development initiatives Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times

Qualifications

Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions Time management and organizational skills Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
