Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our O'Fallon, United States location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our business forward and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards and procedures
Manage inventory, cost control, and quality assurance processes
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally
Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members
Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving performance and achieving business goals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting
Participate in community outreach and local marketing initiatives
Step in to perform various operational tasks as needed during busy periods
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Problem-solving skills and the capacity to make quick, effective decisions
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
Ability to pass a criminal background check
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in the industry is a plus
