Poorman's Grill - Assistant Manager Position
Poorman's Grill is a locally owned family restaurant in Washington, NC. We may be a small business, but we are growing -- and we're excited to offer opportunities for long-term career advancement as we expand and open additional locations.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to serve as
Assistant Manager
for ourearly-morning and day shifts
. This role will includeopening the store on Thursdays and Sundays
.Primary Responsibilities:
Create and manage weekly staff schedules Lead and support both front-line and back-line team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment Deliver excellent customer service at all times Manage stock levels, inventory, and supply ordering
Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and communicate effectivelyNo criminal record required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
