Familiar with current restaurant financials systems and workforce management. Ability to move throughout the restaurant (standing, walking, kneeling and bending) for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hands above shoulders. Ability to move objects (lift, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds. Ability to tolerate exposure to heat (greater than 90 degrees F), cold (less than 40 degrees F), chemicals, and a loud/noisy environment. Ability to operate potentially hazardous equipment. Must have at least 2 years restaurant management experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have basic mathematical skills. You must have great communication skills and be able to build relationships. Ultimately you are responsible for running a good shift and building sales
