We are here to help. MacTech Guam is a locally owned tech + pop?culture retailer/service shop. We're hiring a

hands?on Assistant Manager

who delivers great customer service, keeps the store organized, and helps lead the team.

What You'll Do

Lead customer service on the sales floor--greet, assist, resolve issues, and ensure every guest leaves happy. Support the Store Manager--coach teammates, uphold SOPs, and keep shifts running smoothly. Handle daily operations--open/close, cash handling, POS oversight, merchandising, cleanliness, and safety. Manage inventory basics--receiving, pricing/labeling, cycle counts, transfers, and shrink prevention. Drive sales--attach relevant accessories/services, execute promos, and help with events. Coordinate service intake--clean notes, status updates, and on?time customer communication.
What We're Looking For

1-3+ years retail experience

with

strong customer service

.

Highly organized

with great follow?through and attention to detail.

Inventory experience

(receiving, counts, pricing, shrink control). Comfortable with

POS

and basic

Excel/Google Sheets

. Clear, professional communicator; reliable and punctual.

Bonus:

Familiar with

anime/comics/gaming/collectibles

and basic tech (Apple/Windows, consoles).

Schedule & Physical

Full?time, on?site; at least one weekend day. Standing, light lifting up to ~40 lbs, ladder use. Occasional evening events (launches, tournaments, community nights).
