Springfield Comedy Club

is opening in December 2025 and we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Please read the following and if you are interested submit a resume! May involve some training at Bricktown Comedy Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

is part of a larger organization, BARK Entertainment, LLC that owns several A-list comedy clubs throughout the US. Must be willing to take direction, respond to texts and calls in a timely manner, and uphold BARK's policies and processes.

Pay:

$40,000-$46,000 Depending on Experience Health Insurance + Paid Vacation and Sick Leave

Hours:

40-45 hours a week. Must be able to work shifts in the evening and weekends. Must have flexibility with occasional shift changes to fulfill business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

Restaurant operations background in both Front and Back of House Proficient with POS systems Positive outlook Exceptional customer service skills Clear and effective communication Experience with money management Skilled with computers and online platforms Previous staffing experience, including scheduling, hiring, and firing Ability to think quickly and make decisions Personable and upbeat demeanor Organizational skills for structured workflows Willingness for hands-on tasks Ability to keep composure during stressful and challenging situations
Nightly duties will include interacting with comedians and ensuring the show gets started on time; all aspects of customer service; overseeing and managing all staff, which includes front desk, security, servers, expo, kitchen, and bar. Every night will bring different challenges, but it is a really fun and fast-paced environment!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
