Responsibilities
Handle daily store operations, including customer interactions and facility cleanliness.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Rent storage units using our company software.
Help with marketing efforts to promote storage units to attract new customers.
Manage time effectively and ensure operational compliance at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail or storage management environments.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in customer service excellence.
Ability to perform basic administrative tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization.
Comfortable with learning self storage software program.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
