Join Seattle's happiest pack! At Rocket Dog Care, we make tails wag and people smile every day. We're a fun, professional, and caring dog daycare and boarding team in Crown Hill/ Ballard looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations and support our incredible team.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily daycare, boarding, and enrichment operations Keep dogs, clients, and teammates safe and happy Manage schedules and daily workflow Train, coach, and inspire a positive, high-performing team Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships Partner with the General Manager on goals, safety, and team growth
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (pet care a plus) Great communication and organization skills A true dog lover who's comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on role Able to lift 45 lbs and stay active throughout the day Flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends

Pay: $23.50 - $29.55 per hour
