to help lead our team, support store operations, and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through the door.

(paid after 6 months of employment) and a $500 retention bonus (paid after 1 year).

What Youll Do

As an

Assistant Manager

, youll play a key role in the success of your store by:

Leading & Supporting

: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.

Delivering Great Service

: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.

Managing the Store

: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.

Driving Efficiency

: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

What Were Looking For

Were searching for team players who are ready to step up and lead.

Experience

: 24 years in a supervisory or customer service role.

Skills

: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.

Flexibility

: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Mobility

: Valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
