Position Overview
As the
Assistant Manager, Real Estate Growth & Operations
, you will play a pivotal role in expanding UnlockLand's brokerage partnerships and operational excellence. You'll lead agent recruitment, onboarding, and training while driving the adoption of UnlockLand's AI platform among brokers and developers.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, recruit, and onboard top-performing agents, brokers, and developers who can leverage UnlockLand's AI capabilities.
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver ongoing training on UnlockLand's tools, sales techniques, and data-driven decision frameworks.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor agents and partners, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Sales & Adoption Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to grow adoption of UnlockLand's platform in residential, commercial, and pre-construction markets.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement optimization plans to improve conversion and retention rates.
Client Relations
- Cultivate relationships with developers, investors, and brokerages to deliver exceptional service and strategic insights.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all activities meet RECO and industry standards while maintaining data integrity and transparency.
Market Analysis
- Stay ahead of trends in real estate technology, PropTech innovation, and market performance to inform strategy.
Project Coordination
- Oversee operational initiatives and internal projects that enhance UnlockLand's efficiency and agent experience.
Qualifications
Valid
Real Estate Broker or Salesperson License
in any U.S. state (multi-state licensing preferred)
5+ years of real-estate experience with a strong record in residential, commercial, or pre-construction sectors.
Proven success leading or scaling a sales or brokerage team.
Strong
recruitment, training, and mentorship
background.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with project-management proficiency.
Passion for
AI, data analytics, and real-estate innovation

Proficiency with CRM, marketing, and property-data systems.
