We're looking for a
Full-Time Assistant Manager
to join our Santa Rosa team -- someone who loves fashion, leads by example, and thrives in a stylish, fast-paced retail setting.
What You'll Do
Deliver elevated, personalized service to every guest
Support daily store operations and team leadership
Maintain visuals and merchandising standards
Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory
Foster a positive, fashion-forward store culture
What We're Looking For
2+ years retail experience (boutique or fashion preferred)
Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Polished, dependable, and style-driven
Weekend availability required
