WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As the assistant manager of a Thirst store, you help the General Manager oversee all aspects of operating the store. From the training and directing of team members to achieving financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptionally Happy guest experiences, you're empowered to make your store a success!

Desired Skills and Experience

High school diploma required Flexible work schedule, including weekends Previous experience in supervising or managing

Assistant Manager's Responsibilities:

These are the essential functions of this job, but are not all-inclusive of the duties and responsibilities.

People

: Training, coaching, and development

Guest

: Provide a memorable Happy experience, excellent food quality and guest service

Kitchen Management

: Ensure food safety, order product, count inventory, and master the Thirst recipes for pretzels, beignets and other treats

Operations

: Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and apply knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices
While performing duties, team members are expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees may be required to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to eight hours and reach across counter tops or out of drive thru windows to serve customers.
