Position Summary:

We're seeking a highly driven and personable

Assistant Manager

who thrives in a Sales oriented fast-paced, people-focused environment. This leadership role includes a

, including staff management and member engagement. You'll be a key player in driving growth and building relationships both inside and outside the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales efforts: conduct tours, follow up on leads, close memberships, and hit monthly sales targets Oversee front desk operations and ensure a top-tier member experience Support, train, and motivate staff to meet performance and service goals Build and maintain community partnerships to boost brand awareness and local outreach Assist in planning and executing member events, promotions, and marketing initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and energized facility Take on managerial duties when the General Manager is off-site Contribute ideas and strategies for business growth and operational improvements

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in sales or customer service (fitness or wellness industry a plus) Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Passionate about fitness and helping others succeed Comfortable speaking to groups and building community relationships
