Wondermade makes the world's best marshmallows, and

we're looking for super-friendly, fun, outgoing team members to help guests discover the joy and wonder of amazing flavored marshmallows

at our Disney Springs location.

Like our sales positions, this job isn't a regular retail or sales role! Where so much of retail is reactive -- waiting for a guest to initiate with you before helping those guests complete their shopping experience -- this is a

proactive position.

Proactive means you are the one initiating the engagement, offering samples, striking up conversation, and maintaining engagement and conversations with 1000-2000 guests every day.

As an assistant manager, you also need to motivate and train coworkers to stay engaged with guests.

We're looking for energetic assistant managers to help lead our small and mighty team.

We're looking for dependable self-starters who want to grow with our company.

Our Disney Springs store is an outdoor covered kiosk where we receive guests from all over the world, 365 days a year.

Our assistant manager would be a key leader in sales who has experience delivering a high quality guest experience and meeting sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.

Our assistant manager would model exceptional reliability and professional behavior to our entire team, support the Manager with both training and leading the team... and have fun engaging with guests!

While a majority of our sales take place in English, we have a number of guests who would prefer to communicate in Spanish, so speaking Spanish is a plus.

Weekend and holiday availability are required for this position. As a leader, your regular schedule would involve working weekends.

Full time staff receive 3 weeks PTO, as well as health / dental insurance. Meeting sales goals also results in biweekly bonus opportunities, and monthly performance-driven bonuses are also available. Plus staff get to eat lots of marshmallows!

Important note:

1. This is a sales job, and not a cashier or stocker position. Our cast members initiate and maintain engagement with guests throughout the duration of the shifts. That engagement might look like offering samples, shopping for flavors with guests, or starting and then continuing conversation with guests while they're in our space. Staff need a high degree of extroversion and self-confidence to thrive in this role. All day, in rain or shine (or heat!) you'll be expected to create a fun experience for our guests.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
