Essential Qualifications:

Optical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of prescription lens technology, including lens materials, coatings, and advanced optical solutions. Ability to guide clients in selecting lenses that optimize vision and complement their lifestyle.

Dispensing License Preferred:

ABO certification or equivalent is a plus.

Fashion-Forward:

Deep understanding of current and emerging eyewear trends. Ability to style clients with confidence and share insights on luxury fashion brands.

Responsibilities Include:

Deliver personalized optical consultations, ensuring accurate prescriptions and lens recommendations. Drive personal and team sales while meeting and exceeding KPIs. Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and uphold brand standards. Mentor team members and share expertise in optical technology and fashion styling. Provide concierge-level client interactions, including clienteling and outreach. Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness. Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritize tasks effectively. Weekend flexibility required.
