Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or issues
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Process sales transactions using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail sales or assistant manager role
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory control processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Additional Skills:
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with diverse customers

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
