Past leadership experience preferred Work in a fast paced environment Hire, train and coach employees Ability to lead and develop a strong team Work well in a team environment Provide excellent customer service Handle cash & prepare daily deposits Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures Communicate effectively with the owner any and all issues that may impact the business
