: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this person will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of UST, Store and Warehouse Facilities.

Job Qualifications:
Ability to manage a team of service technicians to facilitate necessary maintenance and repairs of Company equipment
Hold industry knowledge sufficient to implement, maintain and enhance the Company's Preventive Maintenance Program for all Transportation and Store equipment.
Possess strong customer service orientation and highly effective communication skills
Highly organized and very detail oriented
Ability to work closely with Store Management, Dickerson Transportation, the Warehouse Department and external customers to ensure all assets are adequately maintained/repaired.
Position Responsibilities:
Fleet Maintenance
+ Schedule regular fleet maintenance to ensure operational efficiency of all units
+ Monitor work being performed both internally and externally to manage cost effectiveness and timeliness of all repairs.
+ Generate and communicate all Work Orders needed for the Fleet. Communicate Work Orders to both internal and external parties.
+ Request purchase requisitions for all material and parts needed for Fleet maintenance and repairs
Store & Customer Site Maintenance
+ Schedule all Store repair and maintenance activities using both internal and external resources.
+ Generate and communicate all Work Orders needed for the Stores. Communicate Work Orders to both internal and external parties.
+ Request all purchase requisitions for materials and parts needed for Store maintenance and repairs Approve invoices as appropriate.
Miscellaneous
+ Provide repair and maintenance activities for Dickerson Customers
+ Provide environmental compliance and activities for Dickerson Customers.
+ Assist with managing special projects as requested by Dickerson Management to include pump, tank and miscellaneous equipment installation and repairs.
+ Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse
+ Inspect condition of tools and equipment
+ Manage Setup/Maintenance/Disconnection of Tank Monitors
+ Continuously look for opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the department
Essential Skills and Experience
+ High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
+ Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, email/scheduling software
+ Ability to understand spoken/written English
+ 5+ years experience in Maintenance of Heavy equipment, Tanks and pumps, and/or Tractors and Trailers
+ Staff Training & Leadership

+ Quality Inspections
+ Possess the following licenses or acquire within one year of employment:
- Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement (negotiable)
- UST license
- Dept. of AG Repairman's License
- Testing for Wayne Pump Certification
- Testing for Gilbarco Pump & Register Certification
