Dempsey Bakery, a leading dedicated allergen-free bakery in Little Rock, is seeking a high-capacity Assistant Manager to help lead our growing bakery and coffee shop. This leader will play a key role in improving guest experience, labor management, and process execution, and will be instrumental in maintaining strong operations and a consistently outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in the overall leadership of the bakery. This includes assisting with the management of:
People development and support
Guest experience and hospitality
Operational processes and standards
Execution and service flow during every shift
Safety for guests and team members
Labor planning and staffing
Food and paper usage and controls
Profit awareness and cost management
Sales and sales growth

Experience in foodservice, hospitality, retail leadership, or similar environments
