What You'll Do:
Assist the property manager in the critical areas of leasing, collections, resident services, revenue growth, and compliance with legal and company policy
Contribute to revenue growth by brainstorming ways to set community apart
Execute marketing activities using social media and creative community promotions
Lead by example to prioritize the highest customer service to promote resident retention
Set resident expectations early regarding prompt payment of all balances owed
Commit to minimize delinquent rent
Participate in company-wide training programs to stay compliant with real estate law and develop professional skills
Collaborate with maintenance team to help achieve property-wide goals
Step in to manage the property in the Manager's absence.
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of property management experience required.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize work effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Successful track record of assisting in the collection of delinquent rent
Focus on providing outstanding customer service to our new and current residents
Property management designation such as CAM, CAPS, NALP/CALP preferred.
Yardi and Revenue Management Software experience a plus
Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
Bilingual a plus
