Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle Use operational tools to achieve operational excellence and maximize sales performance Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines Promote brand standards and ensure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld Drive implementation of company programs and collaborate with the General Manager to develop local store marketing plans Deliver exceptional guest experiences and act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King Maintain regular and punctual attendance and demonstrate a bias towards action Be open to coaching and mentoring, have an eye for detail, and work well in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community

Requirements:

High school degree Ability to work on-site, including weekends and holidays Reliable transportation and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay and Benefits:
