Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Trainee to join our team at the Louie's Tux Shop at our Greenwood location at the Greenwood Place Shopping Center. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service and quality formal wear. The Assistant Manager Trainee will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business while contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily operations and management tasks Engage with customers to provide outstanding service Help manage inventory control and merchandising strategies Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and goals Collaborate with management on sales strategies and promotions Learn about budgeting and financial management within the retail environment Foster a positive work culture aligned with our family values
