We are looking for a highly motivated Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our team at our

Indianapolis, IN

location!

Sparkling Image Car Wash

is one of the nation's largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.

This is an outdoor full-time hourly position with a monthly Bonus Program.

Earn $40,000-$50,000 per year including overtime and potential monthly bonus

Qualifications:

Enjoy working outdoors with high energy. Open schedule availability with full time hours including every weekend Outgoing personality with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong people and conflict resolutions skills. Desire to grow and develop professionally within the company. Must be 18+ to apply. A valid state drivers license

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Manage high volume activity in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Assist with monitoring speed, quality, and maintaining service standards. Constant employee delegations on tasks and follow through on results. Responsible for overall store safety, cleanliness, and employee performance. Lead a large group of employees each day while setting high expectations. Provide a timely impressive service experience for our customers.
