You'll work closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire your team, and help drive our continued success across Eastern Idaho.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the backbone of day-to-day operations--supporting your team, ensuring top-tier service, and helping the site run like a well-oiled machine.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Supervising, coaching, and motivating team members to meet performance goals. Handling customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Overseeing cash handling, deposits, and sales tracking. Assisting with staff scheduling, payroll, and inventory management. Conducting interviews and helping onboard new team members. Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a safe, positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive leader with a passion for people, operations, and growth.

You'll need:

Previous experience in customer service or team leadership. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Confidence handling customer issues and operational challenges. Reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and leading by example.

Preferred:

Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, service, or operations. Basic knowledge of payroll, scheduling, and cash management procedures.
