Front of House Supervisor

Position Summary:

The

Front of House Supervisor

plays a critical role in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting the front of house team, and ensuring seamless communication between the dining room and kitchen. This person will act as the point of contact for front of house staff during shifts, providing leadership, guidance, and coordination to ensure a positive guest experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support front of house team during service to ensure high levels of efficiency and guest satisfaction. Act as liaison between kitchen staff and front of house to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and hospitality. Assist with onboarding and training new front of house staff. Monitor cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and health regulations in the dining area. Handle guest concerns or escalations with professionalism and a focus on resolution. Contribute to daily opening and closing procedures, including shift checklists and staff briefings. Uphold and promote the culture, values, and standards of Celestino's.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a pizzeria or fast casual restaurant setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Must be available to work

weekends and peak hours

. Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure. A team-first attitude and strong commitment to being a positive cultural fit. Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
