We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is vital in supporting store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Prior assistant manager experience is preferred, along with a comprehensive understanding of retail sales, inventory control, and team supervision. Duties

Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of customer service Supervise and motivate team members, providing training & development to enhance performance Handle payroll processing, inventory management, and store merchandising Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, pricing strategies, and sales management Merchandising Ensure compliance with company policies Manage shift scheduling and oversee cashiering duties during operational hours Maintain effective communication with staff and customers Monitor store budget adherence

Skills

Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising techniques Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive team environment Skilled in employee training & development. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer engagement Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Experience in inventory control, and sales management Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional etiquette Knowledge of retail operations including pricing strategies, stock management, and store management systems
