Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and train a team of employees, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and reporting

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of market trends and sales strategies
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Sales management experience is a plus
