We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an

Assistant Manager / Game Master

. This unique role combines customer service, entertainment, and light management duties in a fun, fast-paced escape room environment.

Responsibilities

Assistant Manager Duties:

Support the General Manager in daily operations and staff supervision Assist with scheduling, training, and performance monitoring of team members Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner Ensure smooth operation of the venue during shifts, including opening and closing procedures Monitor inventory levels and report maintenance or supply needs Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction

Game Master / Customer Service Duties:

Engage and entertain guests in an interactive theater setting Facilitate escape room sessions and provide clear guidance to players Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests Ensure safety and comfort of participants throughout the experience Reset and prepare game rooms between sessions Contribute to the positive energy and team-oriented culture of the venue

Qualifications

Weekend availability is required

Prior experience in

customer service, hospitality, or entertainment

is preferred Previous

supervisory or shift leader experience

is a plus Strong communication and public speaking skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for providing memorable guest experiences
