Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns. Supervise and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure food quality standards are met. Help oversee cash handling and financial transactions. Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, following health and safety regulations. Step in to assist with food prep and service as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous restaurant or food service management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
