This job requires you to have a valid driver license along with reliable, insured transportation that can be used for work purposes, with reimbursement. The equivalent of a high school diploma is also required. In addition, all qualified applicants are required to submit to a background check.

Basic job duties will include:

Filling in for the Property Manager in his or her absence

Maintaining the daily operations of the site

Basic, daily accounting

Using sales skills to convert walk-ins and telephone calls to rentals

Using excellent customer service skills to help existing and potential customers

Resolving customer issues efficiently

Minor and custodial maintenance

Truck rentals and maintenance

Work effectively under the direction of a Property Manager and District Manager.

Job Details

This is a part-time job that may require you to work at multiple facilities. General facility hours at most locations are Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, however, this may vary. You will be expected to work weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
