We're looking for:

Minimum requirements:

Prior Assistant Manager or Management Experience Be able to stand for 8 to 12 hours Be able to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds Be able to reach overhead

Knowledge, Skills, & Ability:

Valid driver's license. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant. Ability to effectively make decisions under pressure, while delegating tasks appropriately. Strong conflict resolution skills. High sense of urgency. Self-motivated. * Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
