Note:

This role requires a 50-hour work week. Compensation is paid hourly and aligns with the provided annual salary range.

What You'll Do as an Assistant Manager:

Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
